• You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

• You must comply with applicable Philippine law and with any lawful platform rules, moderation decisions, and safety controls.

• You may not use fake identities, impersonation, false credentials, fabricated business information, or misleading animal information.

• Luvvapet may require identity, business, adoption, provider, or related verification before enabling certain tools or routes.

• Verification approval may be denied, paused, limited, or revoked when information is incomplete, unverifiable, misleading, unlawful, or unsafe.

• Accounts associated with scams, fraud, harassment, animal welfare risks, charge abuse, document abuse, or repeated policy violations may be restricted or removed.

• Users posting sale listings, adoption listings, rehoming listings, or service profiles are responsible for accurate disclosures, lawful conduct, and safe engagement with other users.

• Users responding to listings or services are responsible for verifying identity, condition, fit, documentation, and terms before any booking, payment, transport, handover, or in-person meeting.

• Luvvapet may review, reject, edit for safety compliance, de-rank, suspend, archive, or remove listings, service profiles, or account features when required for trust, safety, compliance, or moderation.

• Platform access does not guarantee buyer demand, adoption success, service bookings, provider approval, transaction completion, or user trustworthiness.

• Users remain responsible for confirming the legitimacy of any payment request, booking request, handover arrangement, or off-platform conversation.

• Luvvapet may provide messaging or booking workflows, but is not the merchant of record for user-to-user sales, adoptions, rehoming arrangements, or independent service transactions unless clearly stated otherwise.

• You may not use the platform for unlawful transactions, payment fraud, fake receipts, charge abuse, money laundering, or deceptive pressure tactics.

• Luvvapet may investigate reports, listings, messages, documents, and account activity when reasonably necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, welfare review, or legal compliance.

• Accounts, listings, service profiles, messages, and access routes may be limited or removed for policy violations, legal risk, animal welfare risk, or user safety risk.

• Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of platform access and referral to appropriate authorities when legally required.
